Why teams choose Repli

What you get

Every order moment

Turn on only the events you want customers to hear about, and leave the rest off.

Your template

Design the email once; Repli merges the order details from Shopify each time.

Read-only store access

Repli requests read scopes to build the message and stores access tokens encrypted on the server.

Delivery record

Each send is logged against the order event so you can check what a customer received.

Use cases

Shipping updates

Email the tracking link the moment a fulfilment is created.

Delivery confirmation

Confirm arrival and invite a review or reorder.

Refunds and returns

Keep buyers informed instead of letting them chase support.

Frequently asked questions

What does Repli read from Shopify?

Read-only order, fulfilment, product and customer data needed to build the message. It does not request write access or card data.

Which events can send an email?

Order received, payment confirmed, order confirmed, shipped, out for delivery, delivered, delayed, cancelled, refunded and returned.

Does it replace Shopify’s own emails?

No. It runs alongside them; you choose which moments Repli should cover.

Will a customer get duplicates?

No. Each order event sends once, even if Shopify retries the webhook.

Which mailbox sends the email?

The Zoho Mail or IMAP/SMTP mailbox you connect to Repli, so the email comes from your own domain.

Can I send the same updates on WhatsApp?

Yes, through the Commerce Messaging add-on for WhatsApp order notifications.
