Current plans and allowances

The docs include Free, Creator, Pro, Growth, Pro+ and Commerce, with monthly INR and USD prices, account capacities, AI wallet terms and per-plan Reel scan allowances from the shared app configuration. Pro is Instagram-only for new buyers; Growth adds WhatsApp Marketing and CRM. Support team seats are separately paid.

Reel scans do not use AI wallet credit. Buying AI credit does not upgrade a subscription. Email and Shopify and WooCommerce Store remain admin-only regardless of plan.

Feature guides

• Instagram: comment-to-DM, DM keywords, story replies, follow-gating, lead collection, follow-ups, booking, Comment Guard and logs.
• AI Chat: persona and knowledge settings, Take over to pause automated replies for one contact, and Hand back to AI.
• Reel Analyzer: draft upload or connected Reel, scan usage and reset date, reports and deletion. MP4, MOV or WebM uploads support up to 300 MB and 3 minutes. Successful scans retain the report and remove the source video.
• WhatsApp Marketing and CRM: templates, consented broadcasts, contacts, deals, tasks, saved segments, team inbox and separately paid agent seats.
• Email and Store: admin-only private betas; payment does not unlock them.
• Platform: link-in-bio, scoped Developer API keys, authorized MCP tools, billing, admin grants and troubleshooting.

Limitations

Reel feedback uses available audio, caption and a cover frame, not full frame-by-frame analysis. Automatic 24-hour and 7-day snapshots are not available. Instagram replies remain subject to Meta rules; WhatsApp messages outside its service window require approved templates and appropriate consent. External tool presets require your own authorized connections. Telegram automation and link-shortener creation are retired.
