Do I need a developer?

How are amounts shown?

Razorpay sends amounts in paise; Repli converts them to rupees before inserting them into the message.

What if Razorpay retries an event?

Repeated deliveries of the same event are ignored, so the customer is not messaged twice.

Can other apps use the same setup?

Yes. Any app that can post a webhook can trigger an automation; Repli reads the event name, the contact and the fields it sends.

Does this only send email?
