Repli automates Instagram and WhatsApp direct messages entirely through Meta's official APIs with approved advanced permissions — no scraping, no unofficial logins, no shadow-ban risk.
Messaging and comment permissions were reviewed and granted by Meta, not worked around.
Repli only messages people who contacted you first, inside the window Meta allows.
Keyword triggers, AI replies, buttons and media — all through the official API.
Template messages and support agents on Meta's Cloud API with opt-out handling built in.
You authorise with Instagram Business Login. Repli never sees your credentials.
Every automated reply, DM and comment action is logged and exportable.
Migrate off scraping bots that risk action blocks onto a reviewed API integration.
Run client accounts without putting anyone's reach or account standing at risk.
Clinics, finance and education teams that need documented, compliant messaging.
Yes, when it runs on the official Instagram Graph API with approved permissions. Repli is a Meta-reviewed integration that messages only inside the 24-hour window, so automation is fully within policy.
What Meta enforces against is unofficial automation: tools that log into your account with your password, drive the mobile or web app in a headless browser, or send unsolicited cold DMs. Those trigger action blocks and reach penalties. Repli does none of them.
Meta lets a business reply to a user for 24 hours after that user's last message or comment interaction. Outside that window, unsolicited DMs require Advanced Access and, on WhatsApp, an approved template.
Repli tracks the window per conversation. If it closes, automations pause for that contact instead of pushing a message that would breach policy — which is why our customers do not collect messaging warnings.
Yes, when it uses the official Instagram Graph API with approved permissions and stays inside the 24-hour messaging window. Repli meets all three conditions.
No. Repli never logs into your account, never scrapes and never cold-DMs. All traffic goes through Meta's approved API endpoints.
It is the Meta permission level that allows a reviewed app to manage messages and comments for accounts that are not its own. Repli holds it, which is why setup takes one click.
Never. You authorise Repli with Instagram Business Login, an OAuth flow run by Meta. Repli only receives a revocable access token.
Not outside the 24-hour window. Meta reserves unsolicited messaging for specific approved use cases, and Repli enforces that limit rather than working around it.
Yes. WhatsApp automation runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) with approved templates and automatic opt-out handling.
Repli tracks Graph API versions and policy updates and ships changes ahead of deprecation dates, so your automations keep running.
Yes. Disconnect the account in Repli or remove the app in your Instagram settings and every token is invalidated immediately.
