Select a post or Reel, choose one or more comment keywords and write the private reply. A matching comment can trigger the DM and an optional public response. Test from another account and check the message log: a public reply does not prove the private DM was delivered.
Yes. The free plan has no trial expiry and needs no credit card. You can keep one automation active across all channels. Free credits (15 on signup, 5 added daily) set the daily message allowance and let you try AI replies; there is no AI wallet or recharge on Free.
One connected Instagram account and one active automation across all channels. Free DMs have a 300-character limit and a Repli footer. AI evaluation uses a separate free credit allowance; lead collection questionnaires and ongoing AI replies need a paid plan.
Use a supported Instagram Business or Creator account. The primary Instagram Business Login flow does not require manually linking a Facebook Page or creating your own developer app. Grant the requested permissions and check the connection status in Settings.
No tool can guarantee that an account will never be restricted. Repli uses Meta’s official APIs rather than scraping or simulated browser actions. You authorize access on Instagram without giving Repli your password; account restrictions, permissions and messaging policies still apply.
Yes. Configure the persona with your own product information, FAQs and instructions. Paid plans use your AI-credit balance, while Pro+ includes monthly AI credit. Pro is ₹499 / US$6 per month. Review AI answers and logs; generated replies can be wrong.
Pro (₹499 / US$6 per month) provides full Instagram automation, including lead collection, appointments and follow-ups. AI usage requires a recharged balance. WhatsApp CRM requires Growth or an eligible higher tier; the pricing page distinguishes plan access and extra charges.
They send an individual private message to eligible people with a recorded inbound DM in the preceding 24 hours. A follow, like or comment alone does not qualify a person. Pro and eligible higher tiers can send; Free and Creator can view the audience but must upgrade to send. This is not a follower-scraping or scheduling tool.
Yes. The Partner Onboarding API requires the separate one-time API access pack and monthly client seats. Client connections use those seats, not the agency’s own Instagram slots. AI usage draws from the agency workspace’s AI-credit balance. The API guide and pricing page explain the current charges.
WhatsApp marketing and CRM are available on eligible plans. Store and Email are restricted betas, not public self-service offers. Connecting a service does not remove its own permissions, template requirements or provider charges.
Confirm that the account is connected, the rule is enabled, the selected post and keyword match, and your message or AI allowance is available. Inspect the send log for permission, messaging-window or recipient errors. Reconnect when required; disconnected events cannot be assumed recoverable.
