Meta’s template-message billing model took effect July 1, 2025. Apply the current recipient-market, category and applicable tier rates before entering counts. Marketing, utility and authentication may have different charges.
Non-template messages inside an open customer-service window are free under Meta’s rules. Utility templates inside that window and eligible free-entry situations can be exempt. Enter only billable delivered counts after applying the exemptions relevant to your account.
The estimate multiplies each category’s billable delivered count by your entered rate and adds the selected software plan. A positive count with no rate remains uncalculated; a blank rate is not a free-message quote. All entered rates and amounts use INR, not an implied currency conversion.
AI credit, team seats, other provider charges and taxes are excluded. The account rate card and actual invoice determine the bill. The WhatsApp CRM pricing page owns software-plan buying intent; this page owns the practical estimation task.
