Amazon SES email automation, authenticated on your domain

Repli runs its email sending on Amazon SES in the ap-south-1 region. You never create an AWS account or hand over credentials — you connect a domain, publish the DNS records Repli shows you, and sending unlocks once SES confirms verification.

What you get

  3. Configure it: no aws account or credentials required from you, and three dkim cname records generated per domain by ses.
  4. Test it from the built-in console, switch it live, then track results in analytics.

Is it compliant?

Amazon SES email automation, authenticated on your domain runs entirely on official APIs — the Meta Graph API for Instagram, the WhatsApp Business Platform for WhatsApp and the Telegram Bot API. Repli never automates a personal account, never scrapes and never uses an unofficial client, so your number and your account stay safe. Rate limits, messaging windows and template rules are enforced by Repli before a message is ever sent.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need my own AWS or Amazon SES account?

No. Repli operates the SES configuration. You only publish DNS records for your own domain.

Which DNS records do I have to add?

Three DKIM CNAMEs, plus an MX and an SPF TXT record for the custom MAIL FROM subdomain. A DMARC record is recommended, and an existing valid one is left alone.

How long does verification take?

AWS usually finishes within a few minutes once DNS has propagated, but it can take up to 72 hours. Repli keeps checking and shows the elapsed time.
